Institutions management

An institution is the partner structure that can be involved in a project. It is necessary to create an institution before loading a new person in the database. Several users can share the same institution.

Institutions can be managed in the menu Admin > Team > Institution.

It is defined by the fields described in the table below. Fields in bold are required while italic ones are optional when submitting the form. Institutions can be edited from the table below the form.

People management

A person is a partner that belongs to an institution. A person can take part to several institutions. It is necessary to create a person before loading a new user in the database.

People can be managed in the menu Admin > Team > Person.
